The Client Need
Jasper’s Warrington (JW) came to us with the need to create physical hard-copy marketing communications. As Jasper’s provide boxes of office essentials and deluxe event catering, it is beneficial for new and current clients to receive promotional material when their food is delivered. However, they realised that they would like to reach out to customers who had ordered once and whom they had lost connection with.
Our Solution
Our team curated a strategic, bespoke marketing plan to win back lapsed customers and encourage one-time customers to order again. We created interesting and suitable postcards using the tone of voice appropriate to Jasper’s Warrington and sent the postcards to the addresses given in their relevant customer database. We always and ensure that all our work is thorough and time relevant and often use popular culture to engage JW’s client base. For example, some of our most popular postcard campaigns for JW included references ‘Grease’ and ‘Coco’ with our ‘You’re the One That I Want’ and ‘Remember Us?’ campaigns – it’s more of a gentle nudge for customers to choose your business services again if you use humour or nostalgia to catch their eye.
We made sure to take advantage of seasonal campaigns relating to the time of year such as Valentine’s Day and Halloween, including utilising their Head Office annual competition to raise the profiles of the branches we work with, by promoting through social media and engaging their followers and customers with interactive voting polls.

Jasper’s Warrington receive ongoing leads from the direct mail marketing communications we have generated for them and are completely satisfied with the work that we have provided for them over the years. Each postcard is followed up with a sales call to retain the customer and remind them to get in touch with Jasper’s (which they do) and from each campaign comes an influx of new calls for Jasper’s services.
